We are at 600 Sunbeam Avenue • Sacramento, CA • 95814, right on the edge of the downtown area, where Richards Blvd. connects with 12th Street (State Highway ).

Highway 160 is split into two one-way streets ... 12th Street coming into downtown Sacramento, from the direction of Roseville or Reno, and 16th Street going away from downtown.                                         

If you're coming out from downtown, Sacramento, take 16th Street (State Route ) north, and turn left on Sproule Ave. Sproule runs into 12th St. (160 incoming) as shown in map below, and Sunbeam Ave. is its continuation on the other side.

So, just continue across 12th Street / 160 and you will find us on the left about the middle of the block.

If you're coming into Sacramento on the Capitol City Freeway (Business IH 80), get in the left lane when you approach the Arden Way turnoff, and take the Downtown Sacramento route.

After you cross the American River bridge, get in the right lane and turn right onto Richards Blvd., and then immediately turn left onto Sunbeam Ave., and we'll be in the middle of the block on your right.

There is ample parking and a Free Shuttle in the Downtown Area.
